These Terms and Conditions govern all business transactions and interactions between Amara Bath ("Company", "we", "us") and our clients or website visitors ("you", "buyer"). By placing an order or making an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

All products listed on this website are manufactured to order. Product images are representative only. Final product colour, texture, and finish may vary slightly based on fabric availability and production batches. Orders are confirmed only upon written agreement (email or WhatsApp) and advance payment (as agreed).

Amara Bath operates on a B2B model. Most products have a minimum order quantity. MOQ details are communicated during the quotation process and vary by product category.

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing is valid for the duration mentioned in the quotation only.
• Payment terms are discussed individually for each order (advance, partial, or credit, as agreed).
• Amara Bath reserves the right to revise pricing without prior notice for future orders.

• Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are subject to production capacity and logistics conditions.
• Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the transporter.
• Any freight or shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately.

• Orders once confirmed and in production cannot be cancelled.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Custom orders (non-standard sizes, colours, or embroidered items) are non-returnable.

Amara Bath ensures quality checks at the time of dispatch. However, we do not offer product warranties beyond what is agreed in writing. Fabric performance (shrinkage, colour fastness) is subject to washing and care conditions followed by the buyer.

Amara Bath shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, defects, or product performance beyond the terms agreed in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
